Hi Talent! 👋 Purpose of the Role: Own day-to-day client operations and internal task coordination so the founder and delivery team can focus on strategy and execution quality. This role is the primary communication layer between clients and the delivery team. Core Responsibilities: Client Communication • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients • Manage daily communication via Slack and email • Acknowledge requests, clarify requirements, and confirm timelines • Enforce scope using predefined rules and scripts • Prepare and send weekly status updates • Flag risks, delays, or scope creep early Project & Task Coordination • Translate client requests into clear internal tasks • Assign tasks to the correct specialists • Track deadlines and deliverables • Follow up on incomplete or blocked work • Maintain task boards (ClickUp / Notion / Asana) Internal Operations • Ensure work is delivered on time and meets defined standards • Coordinate handoffs between roles • Maintain basic documentation and SOP adherence • Escalate issues that require founder or Delivery Lead input Decision Authority Can decide independently: • Task prioritization within agreed scope • Internal deadlines and sequencing • Clarification questions to clients Must escalate: • Scope changes • New requests outside agreement • Pricing or contract questions • Client dissatisfaction or churn risk What This Role Does NOT Do • Does not set marketing strategy • Does not negotiate pricing or upsells • Does not promise results or timelines without validation • Does not bypass internal processes Required Skills & Traits • Strong written English (client-facing) • Clear, professional communication style • High attention to detail • Strong follow-through and ownership mindset • Comfort pushing back politely using scripts • Experience with project management tools • Calm under pressure Nice-to-Have Experience • Agency or client services background • Experience working with North American clients • Familiarity with social media or content workflows Working Model • Retainer-based role • Defined availability during North American business hours • Weekly check-in with Founder • Performance measured on delivery reliability, client clarity, and issue prevention Success Metrics (90-Day) • Clients route all communication through this role • Founder removed from day-to-day Slack threads • Tasks consistently delivered on time • Reduced scope creep incidents • Positive client feedback on responsiveness and clarity
