• Role Description

• The Production Scheduler is responsible for planning and coordinating production lines to ensure the efficient and timely availability of finished products, aligning with customer demand and organizational objectives.

• Main responsibilities

• * Develop and plan production volumes to meet business and customer requirements.
• * Maintain, adjust, and ensure accuracy of production work orders according to operational needs.
• * Monitor and track compliance with the production schedule.
• * Communicate potential risks impacting customer orders to the Customer Service department in a timely manner.
• * Participate in root cause analysis and support corrective actions to resolve inventory discrepancies.
• * Prepare, analyze, and report departmental performance metrics on a weekly basis.

•  Qualifications

• * Over 3 years of experience in production scheduling, planning, or supply chain operations.
• * Fluent English.

• * Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, capacity planning, and inventory control.
• * Experience with Advanced Excel tools for reporting.
• * Experience with Plex is a plus.
• * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• * Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work across departments.
• * Ability to manage multiple.

• Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechatronic, Business Administration, or related field.
