- Define the strategy for the assigned PD&C and Industrial Fittings product line portfolio, developing the marketing plan, deploying it across the organization, and ensuring its execution with the different areas involved and in the different regions. Define the pricing strategy for each LATAM region, as well as product portfilio and strategy; new product introduction roadmap and lifecycle ensuring margin, price realization, and competitiveness. Participate in the different stages of SIOP; provide information on NPIs and phase-outs in Step 1; provide visibility into projects and negotiations with distributors in Step 2; define actions for slow-moving products and/or excess inventory; and provide visibility to the company regarding risks, needs, and requirements in Step 5. Manage the project pipeline for the portfolio of assigned lines within the different verticals, propose lead generation initiatives, and support the sales team in closing projects based on the needs of the assigned product lines to ensure the annual plan. Measure and monitor sales performance and share of wallet of assigned product lines with distributors to support the KAM with initiatives for their JBP Adhere to policies and procedures based on applicable management systems (EQMS, MESH Authorized Economic Operator (AEO), the guidelines of ATEX and IEC Ex as applied and in the standards ISO-9001:2015, ISO14001:2015, to comply with the Management System (SG) Bachelors degree (Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing) 3 to 5 years of product Management Marketing Electrical systems Wire management Hazardous areas Ethical Learn Accountable Get´s results Thinks and acts strategically Builds organizational capability Digital Strategy Maket and Customer Insight Marketing Operations Measurement Planning and Campaigns System
