Funciones y Responsabilidades Principales: Conocer a profundidad los programas curriculares y cuidar su cumplimiento en los materiales educativos a su cargo. Participar en la planeación de los proyectos de su área y elaborar los entregables que resultan de esta planeación. Elaborar cronogramas de trabajo y controlarlos a lo largo del proyecto tomando las medidas necesarias para el cumplimiento de cada una de las fases del proyecto. Coordinar y supervisar en todos los procesos de la edición a la gente interna y externa que colabora con él. Asegurar el cumplimiento en tiempo y forma de cada una de las fases del proceso editorial asegurando la calidad del material editado. Trabajar diversos proyectos en paralelo. Controlar los costos de los proyectos a su cargo de acuerdo con el presupuesto aprobado. Mantener actualizados los activos de la empresa: archivos en el servidor, reportes de avance, cronogramas, directorios de proyecto, documentos del proceso, etcétera. Asegurar que la documentación sobre los derechos de autor de todos sus proyectos editoriales (contratos, ISBNs) está debidamente requisitada y firmada en tiempo y forma. Experiencia, habilidades y conocimientos Esenciales/Excluyentes: Licenciaturas en Letras hispánicas, Ciencias de la comunicación o afín. Experiencia de tres años en la edición del libros de texto. Conocimiento de las normas gramaticales y ortográficas. Conocimiento y dominio del proceso editorial y de la disciplina que edita. Trabajo en paralelo con diversos proyectos. Trabajo en equipo. Capacidad para la planeación de proyectos. Capacidad para coordinar los diferentes procesos que se involucran en su labor (editorial, legal y administrativo) Deseables/No excluyentes: Manejo de Excel. Manejo de Power Point.
