The Role Key Responsibilities 1. Corporate Physical Security Portfolio Leadership Act as the primary portfolio owner for Corporate Physical Security tools and applications. Ensure all tools in the portfolio comply with Kyndryl’s internal cybersecurity and physical security standards. Maintain roadmap visibility and track delivery milestones. Align portfolio strategy with CIO and enterprise business priorities. 2. Stakeholder Relationship Management Serve as the main CIO point of contact for Corporate Physical Security stakeholders. Develop a deep understanding of their business priorities, roadmap, and operational challenges. Identify opportunities where CIO can best support their objectives through technology, process, and governance. Represent stakeholder needs in CIO planning and governance forums. Facilitate strategic alignment between stakeholder goals and CIO initiatives. 3. Compliance Oversight Own compliance governance for the Corporate Physical Security portfolio. Maintain audit readiness and ensure adherence to regulatory and internal standards. Embed compliance checkpoints into portfolio processes. 4. Support the CIO-wide Demand Governance Process Provide input and representation for Corporate Physical Security in CIO Demand Governance forums. Collaborate with CIO Biz Ops and other teams to ensure demand prioritization aligns with strategic objectives. Share insights on dependencies, compliance impacts, and readiness for execution. 5. Business Success Metrics Development Work with CIO teams to define, track, and showcase success metrics for initiatives and operational performance. Develop dashboards and reporting that highlight business outcomes, compliance achievements, and portfolio health. Support storytelling for CIO leadership reviews and stakeholder communications. Contribute to strategic measurement and continuous improvement. 6. Financial Awareness Maintain awareness of budget impacts for Corporate Physical Security portfolio initiatives. Represent Corporate Physical Security requirements in financial planning discussions led by CIO Biz Ops. Provide input on cost drivers and implications for roadmap decisions. 7. People Leadership Lead a small team of Technical Owners, Compliance Specialists and process specialists focused on technical ownership, compliance outcomes and end to end demand governance Build succession depth and capability aligned to enterprise career frameworks. Foster a culture of accountability and collaboration. Required Skills Portfolio Management: Ability to lead and maintain a technology portfolio, track roadmaps, and align with enterprise priorities. Cybersecurity & Compliance Knowledge: Strong understanding of internal cybersecurity and physical security standards, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness. Stakeholder Engagement: Proven experience in managing relationships with senior stakeholders, understanding business priorities, and aligning technology solutions. Governance & Process Management: Familiarity with demand governance processes, compliance checkpoints, and strategic alignment frameworks. Metrics & Reporting: Skills in defining success metrics, creating dashboards, and presenting business outcomes to leadership. Financial Acumen: Awareness of budgeting, cost drivers, and financial planning impacts. Leadership & Team Management: Ability to lead cross-functional teams, build capability, and foster accountability. Preferred Skills Strategic Planning: Experience in aligning portfolio strategy with enterprise-level objectives and CIO priorities. Communication & Storytelling: Strong ability to articulate complex information for leadership reviews and stakeholder communications. Technical Background: Familiarity with physical security tools, applications, and enterprise IT environments. Continuous Improvement Mindset: Experience in driving operational excellence and embedding best practices. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with Biz Ops, compliance specialists, and technical owners.
