- Job Responsibilities
- 1. Monitor internal and external platform regulations and end-to-end processing procedures, including but not limited to compliance governance, negative review management, product compliance, and appeals handling.
- 2. Assess current platform regulations, compare with competitor platforms, and understand local compliance policies in Mexico. Develop governance strategies through data and case analysis, continuously optimizing processes to reduce risks.
- 3. Visit offline market and sellers. Conduct market research and engage with sellers to understand their performance and challenges. Implement improvement plans and drive platform rule optimization.
- 4. Enhance sellers' understanding of platform policies through training and advocacy to reduce violation rates.
- Job Requirements
- 1. Bachelor's degree or above, with 1-3 years of work experience.
- 2. Background in e-commerce governance, risk control & compliance operations, or merchant customer service is preferred.
- 3. Strong risk awareness, product-oriented thinking, and data analysis skills, with proficiency in analytical tools.
- 4. Ability to drive cross-departmental projects and coordinate communication effectively.
- 5. Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
