  • Job Responsibilities
  • 1. Monitor internal and external platform regulations and end-to-end processing procedures, including but not limited to compliance governance, negative review management, product compliance, and appeals handling.
  • 2. Assess current platform regulations, compare with competitor platforms, and understand local compliance policies in Mexico. Develop governance strategies through data and case analysis, continuously optimizing processes to reduce risks.
  • 3. Visit offline market and sellers. Conduct market research and engage with sellers to understand their performance and challenges. Implement improvement plans and drive platform rule optimization.
  • 4. Enhance sellers' understanding of platform policies through training and advocacy to reduce violation rates.
  • Job Requirements
  • 1. Bachelor's degree or above, with 1-3 years of work experience.
  • 2. Background in e-commerce governance, risk control & compliance operations, or merchant customer service is preferred.
  • 3. Strong risk awareness, product-oriented thinking, and data analysis skills, with proficiency in analytical tools.
  • 4. Ability to drive cross-departmental projects and coordinate communication effectively.
  • 5. Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
