Description: I’m looking for a Personal Branding Specialist to help me design and execute a long-term strategy to strengthen my presence as a business leader and consultant. This role goes beyond content posting – it’s about building a coherent personal brand with clear objectives, measurable outcomes, and high-quality content across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, TikTok). Responsibilities: Develop a personal branding strategy aligned with my business and leadership goals. Plan and manage content calendars across multiple platforms. Support with content creation (scripts, post drafts, repurposing videos, carousels, etc.). Analyze performance and provide clear metrics and reports (growth, engagement, conversions). Research trends and competitor benchmarks to keep the brand relevant and disruptive. Ensure consistency in tone, voice, and visuals. Requirements: Proven experience in personal branding, preferably for executives, consultants, or entrepreneurs. Strong understanding of content marketing, social media strategy, and growth metrics. Creative mindset with the ability to turn ideas into engaging content. Analytical skills to track KPIs and recommend improvements. Excellent English writing skills (Spanish a plus). What I’m looking for: A strategic partner, not just a content scheduler. Someone proactive who can take ownership of results. This is a long-term project with growth potential.
