What the People Strategy & Culture Department does at Worldwide The PSC Department leads the way in partnering with our business leaders and employees. We aim to provide an exceptional customer/employee experience by partnering with all our employees in developing strategies to optimize the attraction, engagement, and performance of our people. What you will do Maintains data accuracy within HCM system, ensuring timely information entry and management. Support with employment life cycle activities, including provision and storage of personal documentation. Support with global employment registration & deregistration activities. Handle Help case enquiries within scope of responsibility, and in line with established SLAs. Applies regional knowledge to daily activities and enquiries, seeking supervision where appropriate. Ensure appropriate documentation is maintained for all core People Services activities and in compliance with policies and legal requirements. Maintain the core HR database utilized as the knowledge base for all other People related functions. What you will bring to the role Knowledge of concepts, policies, and procedures related to HR workforce and benefits. Ability to perform complex tasks under minimal supervision, with some degree of latitude and creativity. Ability to effectively communicate with employees, management, and outside contacts. Knowledge of local and country processes. Team-oriented with a positive attitude and able to create productive and effective relationships. Experience with Workday (HCM). Your experience Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience working in an administrative or support capacity required OR an equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to navigate and leverage collaboration tools such as Microsoft Office Suite. HR, Compensation and/or benefit certifications preferred.
