- Key Responsibilities
- Culture & Employee Experience
- Lead initiatives to enhance employee experience through communication and events (onboarding, engagement campaigns, recognition programs, celebrations).
- Partner with leaders to drive cultural alignment during growth, change, or organizational transformation.
- Act as a culture ambassador, embedding values into daily practices, rituals, and organizational narratives.
- Events & Engagement
- Design, plan, and deliver internal events (town halls, all-hands, culture days, recognition ceremonies) that foster connection and belonging.
- Partner with stakeholders to celebrate achievements and milestones, strengthening a culture of appreciation.
- Transformation & Engagement Communication
- Support organizational change initiatives by ensuring transparent, timely, and impactful messaging.
- Translate complex strategies into accessible narratives that motivate and engage employees.
- Craft clear, consistent, and inspiring messages for diverse audiences (leadership, employees, cross-functional teams).
- Develop editorial calendars, communication campaigns, and storytelling initiatives that bring company values to life.
- Data & Insights
- Build listening strategies (pulse surveys, focus groups, feedback loops) and use insights to adapt communication and engagement initiatives.
- Leverage metrics and analytics to measure impact of communication campaigns and events.
- Must-have Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Corporate Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field. A postgraduate degree in Organizational Culture, Internal Communication, or Change Management is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in internal communications, corporate communications, employee experience, or culture management, ideally within multinational or fast-paced environments.
- Languages: Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
Nice-to-have
- Experience in designing and scaling global employee engagement and communication frameworks.
- Familiarity with DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) communication strategies.
- Knowledge of digital communication tools, intranets, and engagement platforms.
- Background in technology, services, or fast-paced industries.
