This role supports payroll operations and system functionality, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing across the organization. A Day in the Life: Ensure compliance with U.S. and Canadian payroll policies, taxation, and wage orders Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve system issues and implement process improvements Analyze payroll audit reports and manage problem tickets for timely resolution Document payroll processes and develop reconciliation procedures Support payroll processing and system operations, including coverage during team absences Who We’re Looking for: Required: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 2 years of payroll processing experience in a multi-state organization (2,000+ employees) Strong knowledge of payroll calculations, reconciliations, and audit procedures Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and English communication Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Desired: Experience with PeopleSoft General understanding of payroll tax regulations and wage orders Accounting experience Strong analytical and customer service skills Reporting line: Reports to: Payroll Jr Manager What You’ll Look Forward to at Nissan: Career Growth and Continuous Learning Opportunities: Benefit from diverse career paths, cross-departmental moves, and innovative learning platforms.
