We are looking for someone fluent in English that is good on the phone and tech savvy. Speaking Spanish is a plus but not required. Candidate will be responsible for: Non-adherence calls to ensure patient compliance. Onboarding new patients using provided script. Working with field technician to create routes. Tracking new installations, service calls, and device pickups. Hours are 8AM to 5PM (CST) Monday thru Friday No weekends!
