Description Executive coach seeking a part-time Virtual Assistant (5-10 hours per week). The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with strong organizational, communication, and technical skills. Professionalism and excellent written and spoken American English are essential. Applicants must have availability that overlaps at least 3 hours with Pacific Standard Time (PST) between 10am–5pm to allow for real-time communication and collaboration. This includes meeting face-to-face via video. Fluent Written and Spoken American English, PST Overlap Required Responsibilities: Research trends, topics, methodologies, clients, and prospects Create, format, and generate content in Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva. Create, manage, and organize data in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel (formulas, formatting, charts) Produce polished business documents, presentations, and formatted content to professional standards Format newsletters and sequences on marketing automation platforms (ConvertKit, Mailchimp) and on Substack. Support social media content creation (written and visual) for Linkedin, Substack, Instagram, and Threads.
