- The Administrator will provide part-time administrative support for Cheba Hut’s New Mexico market, including El Paso, with a focus on Paylocity system administration. This role is responsible for maintaining employee records, managing benefits and 401(k) administration, supporting payroll preparation and processing, handling employee complaints, and completing other assigned administrative tasks.
- Paylocity Administration
- Maintain accurate employee records in Paylocity.
- Administer benefits enrollment and changes.
- Process 401(k) contributions and related documentation.
- Prepare and process payroll in coordination with leadership.
- HR & Employee Support
- Address employee complaints with professionalism and discretion.
- Uphold confidentiality and integrity in all employee matters.
- Support compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
- Administrative Duties
- Perform general administrative tasks for the NM market, including El Paso.
- Prepare weekly orders for shop office and other restaurant supplies, assist in QBT and credit card charge verifications and shop budgets.
- Assist with special projects and “other duties as assigned.”

- Strong problem-solving skills; resourceful and adaptable in finding solutions.
- Thoughtful and empathetic approach to employee interactions.
- Proficiency in HRIS/payroll systems (Paylocity experience preferred).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to train in-shop in an effort to understand what goes on in a CHeBA HUT and what our homies do!
- Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
- Must have own computer/laptop & Skills
