En qué consiste este trabajo: Como Operador Telefónico en JLL, Buscamos dedicado para servir como primer punto de contacto para todas las solicitudes y problemas relacionados con facilities. Este rol apoyará las operaciones del edificio, coordinará actividades de mantenimiento y asegurará experiencias laborales óptimas para los ocupantes en nuestro portafolio de bienes raíces comerciales. El candidato ideal demostrará sólidas habilidades de servicio al cliente y comprensión de sistemas de edificios y operaciones de facilities. Cómo será tu día a día: Recibir, registrar y priorizar solicitudes de servicios de facilities vía telefónica, email y sistemas de órdenes de trabajo Proporcionar asistencia inmediata o coordinar respuesta apropiada para problemas de HVAC, eléctricos, plomería y mantenimiento general Gestionar solicitudes de asignación de espacios, mudanzas, adiciones y cambios (MAC) Coordinar servicios de limpieza, solicitudes de seguridad y acceso de proveedores Mantener comunicación clara con inquilinos y ocupantes del edificio sobre el estatus del servicio Requisitos Obligatorios: Diploma de preparatoria o equivalente requerido; título técnico preferible 2-3 años de experiencia en administración de facilities, gestión de propiedades o servicio al cliente Experiencia con bienes raíces comerciales o facilities corporativos preferible Conocimiento de sistemas de edificios (HVAC, eléctricos, plomería, seguridad contra incendios Ubicación: Presencial Salario/Compensación: Competitivo según experiencia y cualificaciones En JLL, estamos construyendo colectivamente un camino más brillante, para nuestros clientes, nosotros mismos y nuestros compañeros de trabajo.
