*This role is expected to start on a contract basis and transition to full-time.* Looking for: Bilingual Virtual Assistant to help me build my business which is primarily built on the GoHighLevel platform. The responsibilities will cover a broad range of activities including: 1. Prospecting & Scheduling - Schedule sales calls with potential clients and manage enrollment and attendance for webinars 2. Account Creation - Set up client accounts on various platforms including Google Workspace, Facebook, Go High Level, etc. 3. Client Onboarding - Walk clients through the setup and implementation of their sub account in GHL. 4. Workflow Building - Build, edit, update, copy/paste, and create GHL snapshots and automations. 5. Web Design - Create original websites in GHL / WordPress 6. Troubleshooting - Work with me and clients to fix bugs in the GHL system. PROFILE 1. Excellent verbal and written communication (English and Spanish) 2. Customer service - Excellent listener with commitment to customer success 3. Tech literacy - Proficient with High Level Platform, Google, Google Business Profile, FB ads, Domains & DNS records, etc. 4. Quick learner - ready to acquire new skills and knowledge rapidly 5. Attention to detail - meticulous, organized, and conscientious with all tasks 6. Problem-Solver - Has a can-do attitude and is a highly motivated self-teacher who has a bias to action and actively looks for solutions SKILLS NEEDED 1. Website design (WordPress / GHL) 2. GHL Automations / Workflows 3. Graphic Design (Canva, Adobe, etc.) 4. Email marketing 5. FB / Google Ads 6. SEO Working proficiency in both English and Spanish is required
