We are GVAutomation, an engineering firm specialized in industrial automation and MES/MOM software for large clients in pharma, oil & gas, mining and other high-end industries. We are now looking for an n8n expert to help us automate our internal business workflows. # Scope of Work: ## Initial focus (phase 1–2): -Automatic compliance of contractors - Collect docs, validate statuses, reminders, Trello/Outlook notifications, storage in OneDrive/Google Drive. - Invoicing to clients & payments to contractors - Generate invoices, route for approval, notify via email, organize PDFs in cloud storage. # Later: advanced finance automation - Automate cashflow / assets balance across company branches using bank APIs and financial data from multiple sources. - We primarily use n8n Cloud together with: Trello & Jira, Azure Dev Ops, Outlook (Microsoft 365), OneDrive, Google Drive, Gmail, and (later) custom REST APIs and Banking APIs. # Security & Working Mode ## Phase 1 – Local development first - You will develop workflows locally in your own n8n instance using dummy/test data and credentials. - You will deliver exported workflow JSON + short documentation on required credentials/variables. - We will import and connect the workflows to real credentials on our side. ## Phase 2 – Sandbox in n8n Cloud - Over time, you will get access to a sandbox environment in our n8n Cloud with test accounts only. - Production credentials are never shared. # Requirements - Signing an NDA is mandatory before any work or access is granted. - Strong, proven experience with n8n (please provide examples or screenshots of complex workflows). - Solid experience integrating custom REST APIs (mandatory), including authentication, pagination, error handling, and webhooks. - Good understanding of typical business processes: compliance flows, invoicing, payouts, reporting. - Ability to write clear, concise documentation for each workflow (env variables, credentials, failure modes). - Comfortable working asynchronously and iterating based on feedback. # Nice to have / Plus - Fluent Spanish (spoken and written) is a big plus. - Experience with banking APIs or financial integrations. - Background with automation for SaaS tools (Trello, Azure DevOps, M365/Outlook, OneDrive, Gmail, Google Drive).
