We’re looking for someone to join **Evolve Digital** as an Automation Flow Implementer. Your mission is to design, build, and maintain **n8n** workflows that connect **WhatsApp (Wasapi)**, **OpenAI**, and data sources like **Google Sheets** and **Postgres/Supabase**, turning conversations into measurable actions: booking appointments, sending reminders, and reactivating customers. Day to day, you’ll design conversational routes (book, reschedule, cancel, human handoff), orchestrate webhooks and REST endpoints, and ensure data travels cleanly in **JSON** (normalizing name, date, time, reason, and phone). You’ll also read/write information to Sheets and/or Postgres, craft message templates with a human tone, and leave brief, clear documentation for each flow to simplify maintenance. We need someone with hands-on **n8n** experience, real **WhatsApp API** integration (ideally Wasapi), strong command of **HTTP** requests with tokens, pagination, and error handling, plus **basic/intermediate SQL**. It’s a big plus if you know Supabase (RLS and memory tables), prompting with **structured output** in OpenAI, and basics of metrics/BI to monitor results. We value methodical debugging, logging, and branch testing to reduce latency and outages. Your key indicators will be time-to-production for each flow, uptime and error rate, latency from user intent to completed action, conversion rate to appointment, and the quality/completeness of recorded data..
