Description: We are looking for an n8n automation expert to help us streamline multiple business processes. This will start with one critical workflow, but will extend into other areas as part of an ongoing engagement. Phase 1 (Immediate Project) Automate the handling of client meeting action items: Trigger from Fireflies.ai meeting transcripts/action items. Multi-branch logic (if/then): Post items to Slack channels/DMs. Create tasks in Asana with proper project/assignee. Draft emails with structured action items for clients. Robust error handling so workflows don’t break on missing fields. Documentation and clear setup for internal reference. Phase 2 (Next Priorities) Onboarding automation: automate sequences of emails, Slack messages, tasks, and document sharing for new clients. Amazon Seller Central reporting: fetch reporting data (via API or export), transform it, and distribute automatically (e.g., email or Slack). Phase 3 (Ongoing Work) Continuous improvement of existing workflows. Expansion to other apps (Close CRM, Gmail/Outlook, etc.). Building new automation pipelines as our business grows. Deliverables: Well-structured n8n workflows. Documentation (how workflows are built, how to edit them). Reliable error handling and monitoring. Requirements: Proven expertise with n8n (show us examples/portfolio). Solid understanding of APIs (Slack, Asana, Gmail/Outlook, CRMs, Amazon Seller Central). Comfort with data transforms (JSON, regex, conditional logic). Experience building workflows with multiple branches, not just linear flows. Ability to communicate clearly and deliver clean, maintainable automations. Nice to Have: Familiarity with Fireflies.ai API. Experience with Amazon Seller Central APIs/reporting. Understanding of client onboarding flows. What to include in your proposal: Links or screenshots of n8n workflows you’ve built. A short description of how you’d structure the Fireflies → Slack/Asana/Email workflow. Your experience with Amazon Seller Central or similar reporting APIs. Availability (part-time/ongoing) and preferred rate (hourly or fixed).
