Proven success leading large-scale organizations with strong multimillion-dollar P&L responsibility. Demonstrated ability to lead transformation, influence diverse stakeholders, and inspire teams. Deep understanding of Mexico's commercial, cultural, and regulatory landscape. Experience managing across complex, matrixed organizations. Fluency in Spanish and English required.
