Fixed Price: $475 Location Required: Mexico (Preferably Baja California / Rosarito) Languages: Fluent English & Spanish Project Overview I need a Mexican real estate attorney or licensed Notario to conduct a legal & transactional investigation into a residential property located in Rosarito, Baja California. This work involves confirming the status of a past purchase offer, verifying whether any listing or rental agreements exist, and obtaining official documentation directly from the realtor involved or corresponding agencies. You must be able to communicate professionally in both English and Spanish and be able to obtain or request documents inside Mexico. Scope of Work / Deliverables Milestone 1 – Document Retrieval (40%) Obtain and review: Any past listing agreements associated with the Rosarito property. Any existing or expired listing contracts, including start/end dates. Any rental agreements, if they exist. Verify whether any new agreements were signed after the prior listing expired. Milestone 2 – Transaction Investigation (40%) Investigate a July 2025 purchase offer submitted by a buyer (full details will be provided). Determine: Whether the offer was formally processed. Whether the realtor presented it properly. Whether any counteroffers, negotiations, or verbal agreements occurred. Whether the property was shown occupied or vacant when presented to the buyer. Milestone 3 – Realtor Contact & Report (20%) Contact the actual listing realtor for explanation, documentation, or confirmation of events. Prepare a written legal summary report detailing: Findings Documentation obtained Irregularities, if any Assessment of compliance with Mexican real estate norms Include any recommended next steps from a legal perspective.
