We specialize in photography, videography, and content strategy for: • Luxury real estate listings • Vacation rentals & Airbnbs • Boutique hotels & hospitality brands • Restaurants and culinary spaces • Real estate agents, brokerages, and property managers We’re looking for a Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads specialist to help us launch and manage campaigns that drive leads, promote services, and build brand awareness. Responsibilities: • Set up and manage Meta + Google Ads campaigns • Create custom audiences, retargeting flows, and conversion tracking • Collaborate with our creative team on visuals & messaging • Analyze performance data and optimize for results • Recommend strategies for different customer types (real estate, hotels, rentals, restaurants) Goals: • Generate leads for our media services (photo/video/drone packages) • Retarget visitors and social followers • Promote social media management packages to agents, restaurants, and property managers • Build awareness for our work with boutique hotels, restaurants, and luxury rentals Ideal Candidate: • Proven experience with Meta and Google Ads • Knows how to manage full-funnel campaigns and data tracking • Has worked with service-based or creative businesses (bonus if real estate, hospitality, or restaurants) • Communicates clearly and proactively • Can work with us long-term as we scale this department Let us know why you’d be a great fit and share relevant case studies or past campaign results.
