We are a fast-growing performance marketing agency specializing in lead generation for home-service contractors (concrete, roofing, painting, landscaping, remodeling, HVAC, etc.). We are looking for an experienced Meta Ads Specialist who can build, optimize, and scale high-performing campaigns that generate consistent, high-quality leads. This is a long-term role for someone who understands direct-response advertising, conversion optimization, and local service lead generation. If you know how to build profitable funnels, structure campaigns correctly, analyze data, and scale efficiently — you will love this role. You must already have experience running lead-gen campaigns for local businesses. RESPONSIBILITIES & DAILY DUTIES: Campaign Strategy + Setup Build new Meta campaigns using our internal framework (Testing → Prospecting → Retargeting). Create ad sets, test structures, and optimizations aligned with client goals. Set up proper conversion tracking, custom events, aggregated events, and CAPI. Implement audience targeting (interest, broad, stacked, lookalikes). Install and verify pixels on landing pages or GHL forms. Creative Direction Select hooks, angles, and messaging based on our research and creative library. Brief our creative team when new content is needed. Test multiple creative variations and iterate based on data. Optimization Daily/Weekly optimization of CPL, CTR, CPM, CPA, and landing page conversions. Kill underperforming ads and scale winners responsibly. Diagnose issues (high CPL, no learning, limited performance, etc.). Reporting Provide weekly performance breakdowns + action plans. Update our internal campaign tracker with results. Communicate improvement recommendations for landing pages or client follow-up. Systems & Tools Work inside our GHL tracking + deliver leads directly to clients. Follow our SOPs, naming conventions, and reporting structure. Maintain clean communication in Slack.
