Meta Ads + GoHighLevel (GHL) Tracker System Objective We want a system that gives us a clear, up-to-date view of marketing performance by combining Meta Ads data (spend & campaigns) with GoHighLevel (GHL) data (leads, bookings, closed deals). This will allow us to track CPL, CPB, CPA at the ad, ad set, and campaign level, plus have a scorecard for overall business performance. What We Need 1. Data Integration Meta Ads → BigQuery Pull campaign data (spend, impressions, clicks, campaign IDs/names). Refresh daily. GHL → BigQuery Send lead data (contact info, UTMs, click IDs, survey responses, qualification, events). Update in real time whenever a lead, booking, or deal is created. 2. Data Processing Join Meta Ads spend data with GHL outcomes. Calculate CPL (cost per lead), CPB (cost per booking), CPA (cost per deal). 3. Dashboard & Reporting Google Looker Studio dashboard with: Overview metrics (spend, leads, bookings, deals, CPL, CPB, CPA). Campaign performance table (metrics at ad, ad set, and campaign level).
