About the Role We are looking for an Entry-Level Social Media Coordinator / Admin to join our team. This role focuses on supporting our marketing and admin team by helping manage our social media presence, assisting with blog content creation, and conducting research to support campaigns. It’s a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to start their career in social media and business administration. Key Responsibilities Social Media Support Assist with posting and scheduling content across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Monitor accounts for engagement (likes, comments, shares) and flag responses for the team. Collect and organize content ideas for social media. Research trends, hashtags, and competitors to provide insights. Content & Blog Assistance Draft short blog posts or articles based on assigned topics. Help edit and format content for clarity and SEO. Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure content matches company tone and style. Administrative Support Assist with data entry, research, and tracking of campaign results. Maintain reports of social media analytics and share weekly summaries. Provide general office support including scheduling, filing, and communication tasks. Qualifications High school diploma required; some college coursework in marketing, communications, or business preferred. Familiarity with major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn). Strong writing and editing skills. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask. Interest in marketing, HR, or staffing industry is a plus. Why Join Us?
