📣 Our startup SMB Deal Hunter is growing quickly and we’re looking for a high-communication, detail-oriented Marketing & Operations Assistant to run outreach, scheduling, and content coordination. You’ll begin by booking guests for our podcast and coordinating testimonial video recordings from our clients. If you're organized, proactive, and communicate exceptionally well — you will grow fast in this role. 💡 What You’ll Do Podcast Guest Outreach & Booking -Draft clear, compelling outreach messages -Manage guest outreach, follow-ups, and scheduling -Prepare guests with instructions and expectations -Track all communication in Airtable/Google Sheets/CRM Testimonial Video Coordination -Reach out to clients to schedule testimonial recordings -Provide simple scripts or prompts -Ensure videos are recorded and uploaded on time -Keep the pipeline organized and updated General Marketing & Ops Support -Assist with marketing campaigns, newsletters, and social content -Maintain spreadsheets, dashboards, and SOPs -Handle additional tasks and special projects as you grow 💡 What You Must Have -Exceptional written and spoken English (tested in the application) -Highly organized, fast follow-up, and attention to detail -Comfortable coordinating across many moving parts -Tech savvy: Google Workspace, Calendly, Zoom, Airtable, CRM tools -Must be available to work ET hours Bonus: experience in marketing, podcasting, VA roles, outreach, or coordination 💡 Hours & Compensation -Remote (South Africa, Europe, LatAm welcomed) -ET working hours required -Full-time -Compensation depends on experience 💡 How to Apply (Read Carefully — this is your first test) Reply with the subject line: “I’m your Marketing & Ops Assistant” Include all of the following: 1.
