MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Quality
  • Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • * 5 years of experience in manufacturing, electrical, mechanical, industrial,
  • materials, or related engineering field.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • * Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
  • * Certification in Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE), (Certified Quality
  • Engineer.
  • * 5 years of experience overseeing yield improvements and cycle time reductions
  • for high volume and high complexity parts.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • * Apply Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) fundamentals and collaborate with
  • teams to help them understand and apply RCCA tools and principles and
  • analyze/understand failure to resolve issues.
  • * Define and execute data collection activities for high complexity technical
  • issues.
  • * Drive process design, optimization, and qualification activities of a
  • manufacturing process for a component, part, or product.
  • * Assess suppliers capabilities from a quality perspective as part of new
  • supplier selection activities. Conduct quality and manufacturing process
  • audits at current and potential suppliers.
  • * Provide consultation to the design, manufacturing and commodity teams in
  • qualification, and application of interconnect technologies.
