Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Manufacturing Engineer located in Aguascalientes The Manufacturing Engineer role involves covering Engineering requirements to prepare the Manufacturing process instruction, Flow Chart, Lay Out, identifying the BOM Make/Buy required to build the product and work with customer on the quality requirements to meet customer expectations. What a typical day looks like: Plans, directs, and coordinates manufacturing processes by providing technical support in the development, implementation, and maintenance of manufacturing methods by performing the following duties. Design’s manufacturing processes within schedule and budgetary parameters. Develops, evaluates, and improves manufacturing methods. Analyzes and plans workforce utilization, space requirements, and workflow, and designs layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency. Confers with production group concerning product design and tooling to ensure efficient production methods. Coordinates with customers to determine product specifications and design changes and responds to their request. Estimates production times, staffing requirements, and related costs to provide information for management decisions. Confers with management, engineering, and other staff regarding manufacturing capabilities, production schedules, and other considerations to facilitate production processes. The experience we’re looking to add to our team: Intermediate English Typically requires a bachelor´s or engineering degree. Use of the following tools may be required: CAD, Robot and PLC programming and other automation components. Testing: Oscilloscope, trouble shooting, component testing, logic analyzer. Inspection: bareboard, systems, component needs and work toward them. Normally receives general instruction on routine work but can work independently, and in some cases may supervise / oversee others.
