Objective Support the transition from the current ERP to the Maximo Maintenance System, ensuring accurate data migration, standardized maintenance routines, and reliable KPI reporting to improve maintenance planning, execution, and performance visibility. The Role As a Maintenance Systems Intern, you will contribute to the successful rollout of the Maximo ERP by updating databases, analyzing historical maintenance data, standardizing preventive maintenance routines, and supporting KPI tracking. Your work will help strengthen maintenance reliability, data accuracy, and system functionality for future optimization initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Data Collection and System Support – Gather and analyze data required for the Maximo system. – Update and clean the maintenance database. – Update templates for routines, activities, and preventive maintenance times. – Analyze historical work order closures. – Generate reports for key indicators (TM, MTBF, MTTR, % de cierre por área). • Preventive/Corrective Maintenance Support – Participate in TPM follow‑up and improvement activities. – Assist in updating preventive maintenance routines (time, frequency). • KPI Tracking and Reporting – Monitor maintenance KPIs such as TM, MP compliance, and ABE card compliance. – Update Power BI dashboards for maintenance performance. • Documentation & Standardization – Update preventive maintenance plans. – Maintain documentation for MP compliance, ABE/ATE cards. – Develop procedures and checklists for standardized execution. Expected Outcomes • Maximo database updated and ready for system migration. • Standardized and improved preventive maintenance routines. • Accurate KPI dashboards for decision‑making. • Clear documentation and updated procedures aligned with maintenance standards. • Improved visibility of work order closures and maintenance performance. What You Bring (Qualifications) Applicable Majors: • Ingeniería Industrial Administrativa (IIA) • Ingeniería en Mantenimiento (IMA) • Ingeniería Mecánica/Eléctrica (IME) • Ingeniería Mecatrónica Technical Skills: • Excel (intermedio) • Basic knowledge of maintenance processes • Understanding of KPIs such as MTBF, MTTR, TM • Power BI (deseable) Core Competencies • Analytical thinking and attention to detail • Organization and documentation skills • Collaboration and communication • Proactivity and willingness to learn • Problem‑solving mindset Work Model & Travel On-site at Óptima.
