We are hiring full-time Live Intake Agents to handle inbound and outbound calls for accident claimants seeking legal assistance. This is a long-term position with consistent hours, stable work, and a clear schedule. We are looking for reliable, fluent English speakers who can follow scripts, handle sensitive conversations with empathy, and manage intake tasks accurately. ⭐ Position Overview Your role will include: Calling new leads within 60 seconds of receiving them Completing a structured intake questionnaire (accident details, injuries, etc.) Making outbound calls to leads who have opted in Completing a minimum of 5 follow-up attempts per lead Assisting claimants in signing digital documents (DocuSign or similar) Recording all notes and call details accurately in the CRM Handling calls professionally and with empathy at all times There is NO cold calling — all leads are warm and expecting contact. ⭐ Work Schedule (24/7 Operation) This position requires working 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule. Shift Options Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM Rotation We operate on a 3–4 rotation, meaning: Week 1: Work 3 days Week 2: Work 4 days (then repeat) Weekend Requirement You must be available for weekend rotation. You will NOT work every weekend — shifts rotate. Some weeks you will work weekends, some weeks you will not.
