We are a legal and forensic transcription company seeking bilingual (Spanish–English) transcriptionists for long-term, remote freelance work. You will transcribe and translate bilingual audio into U.S. English, primarily spoken by Mexican and Central American speakers who frequently use regional slang and strong language. This role requires excellent listening skills, the ability to distinguish multiple overlapping speakers, and accuracy even when audio is low-quality, noisy, or fast-paced. You will work remotely, follow consistent schedules, and communicate directly with our Project Manager (CST) to receive and deliver assignments on an ongoing basis. The material includes law-enforcement and criminal case recordings such as police body-cam footage, patrol-car videos, jail calls, interviews, interrogations, and other sensitive content. Speakers typically use Spanish from Mexico, Central America, and the Los Angeles Hispanic community, which must be accurately rendered into U.S. English.
