Facilities Engineer manages KPI, scorecard, risk assessment, maintenance process management related for General Services, Machinery movement coordination, facilities increase capacity to receive new programs, development of technical skills to maintenance personnel and development of service suppliers. Test building systems and prepare for emergencies by creating action plans. Facilities Engineer is fully involved in planning for the future building space and supply needs of the organization. Facilities Engineer communicates daily with supply vendors and update Facilities Manager regularly. As part of Harman Querétaro his/her main role is to assign and control activities for the Facilities Technicians in order to keep our Building in good conditions. Your Team: Facilities Technician Cleaning Leader Cleaning I Cleaning II Building Maintenance Facilities Dispatcher What You Will Do: Facilities Engineer is responsible for scheduling global maintenance activities. In addition to Preparing and controlling the schedule of activities related to maintenance. Achieve interrelation between the project and other operations of the company, with the market or internal customers for which it is intended. Efficient asset management, coordinating the variables of processes, technologies, people and spaces. It is also manager's responsibility to reduce execution, operation and maintenance costs, as well as to improve staff productivity. This position requires to work in an administrative assistant capacity in addition to maintenance coordination (regularly reports preparation). It is expected from this position to complete data analysis from Corrective and Preventive Activities. Improvement activities are a key element of this position through A3, Kaizen and Problem Solving. It is expected to develop and implement new work methods in the area using creativity and judgment. What You Need to Be Successful: Integrity. Innovation. Inclusion. Teamwork & Respect. Excellence Facilities Engineer is required to have earned a bachelor's degree. This position needs strong written and oral communication skills. They need to be able to stay organized while multi-tasking and work well in a fast-paced environment. Facilities Engineer requires work with computers and is required to be proficient with Microsoft Office programs, programs related with maintenance management and CAD programs. Applicants needed 2-3 years of experience working in facilities, project management or real estate prior to working as a Facilities Supervisor. He/She will be responsible for handling a Facilities Coordinator(s) and a Technnician Group consisting between 4 and up to 12 Technicians. Able to work with multifunctional teams. High urgency sense and the most important one: High Customer Focus behavior. Experience working with suppliers in order to coordinate activities. Advance negotiation capabilities required. Experience working with Quality Systems (IATF 16949), Mexican regulations (CRE, STPS and Nom-001-SEDE-2012). Bonus Points If You Have: Leadership. Change Orientation. Collaboration. Judgment. Result Driven. Electronics, Electrics, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering or similar. What Makes You Eligible : Proved experience on Project and Personnel Management. English skills required (reading, writing and listening). Environmental System (waste disposal) knowledge of IATF. Extensive knowledge of NOM and ISO.
