Summary We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Communications & Project Management Intern to join our team. This entry-level role is perfect for someone eager to grow in the field of corporate communications while contributing to meaningful projects across the business. You’ll support communication efforts and change management around corporate initiatives, learning, culture and inclusion events, and employee engagement campaigns. This vision is expressed in our signature: Creativity is our Legacy HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE Support the development and execution of communication plans for corporate projects, change management initiatives, and employee engagement programs. Assist with the design and delivery of communication assets, including presentations, newsletters, videos, graphics, and intranet content while embodying the Global Brand image requirements. Coordinate logistics and communications for region-wide events such as Culture & Heritage Month celebrations, Talent initiatives, Career Fairs, Learning Days, and coursework such as Mentoring Programs. Partner with internal teams and external vendors to create high-quality deliverables that align with brand and messaging standards. Be diligent in maintaining project timelines, tracking deliverables against budget, and ensuring communications are distributed on schedule. Draft and edit content for multiple channels (email, Viva Engage, Teams, video scripts, and event materials). Support the administrative operations of the team, including expense management, vendor contracting, budget tracking, and invoice processes. Lead reporting on communication effectiveness (engagement metrics, feedback, reach) and propose recommendations to increase engagement. WHO YOU ARE Bachelor’s degree in communications (corporate), Marketing, Public Relations, or related field (or equivalent experience). 0–2 years of experience in communications, marketing, or a related role (internship experience welcome). Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail. Ability to think flexibly and creatively about how messages are shared across different formats and audiences. Familiarity with design and content tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, video editing software) a plus. Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
