  • About the role
  • As a Junior Itinerary Specialist, you will support the creation and management of detailed travel plans for leisure and corporate clients. Working closely with senior planners and operations staff, youll assemble clear, accurate itineraries that cover transportation, accommodations, activities, and local logistics. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, research, and delivering great client experiences.
  • Key responsibilities
  • Draft and format complete day-by-day itineraries including flights, accommodations, ground transport, activities, and timing.
  • Research destination options, local suppliers, and experience recommendations to inform itinerary choices.
  • Verify booking confirmations, vouchers and documentation; check timings and connection details for accuracy.
  • Maintain and update client records, passenger manifests and special-request notes in booking systems and internal databases.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers and internal teams to confirm availability and resolve discrepancies.
  • Monitor itinerary changes (flight delays, cancellations, schedule updates) and notify clients and stakeholders as needed.
  • Prepare travel documentation and client-facing materials (vouchers, maps, contact lists).
  • Assist with post-trip follow-up, feedback collection, and basic invoicing or reconciliation tasks.
  • Requirements
  • 02 years experience in travel coordination, hospitality, customer service, events or administrative roles preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple itineraries concurrently.
  • Customer-focused attitude and good problem-solving skills under time pressure.
  • Basic computer skills required (Microsoft Office Excel and Word email and internet research). Familiarity with online booking platforms or reservation systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to work occasional early/late hours to accommodate time zones or group departures.
