• At Sweat Pants Agency, communication is everything. We’re looking for a Junior Account Manager (Email Marketing) who thrives on clarity, organization, and collaboration.
• In this role, you’ll work closely with our strategists, designers, copywriters, and developers to ensure email campaigns come to life seamlessly across platforms like Klaviyo, Omnisend, ActiveCampaign, and more. You’ll help build processes in ClickUp, manage campaign workflows, and keep client deliverables on track.
• This is a junior-level role designed for someone eager to grow in account management — someone who values communication, loves email marketing, and wants to make an impact by keeping projects moving smoothly between strategy and execution.
• Responsibilities
• Support strategists by ensuring client goals are translated into actionable campaign tasks.
• Coordinate across designers, copywriters, and developers to deliver email campaigns on time and on brand.
• Manage email marketing workflows inside platforms like Klaviyo, Omnisend, ActiveCampaign, etc.
• Set up, QA, and monitor email campaigns, ensuring accuracy in segmentation, links, and creative.
• Use ClickUp to manage timelines, tasks, and approval workflows.
• Maintain clear and proactive communication with internal team members to avoid bottlenecks.
• Help build and refine processes that make client projects more efficient and scalable.
• Participate in internal and client-facing meetings; document action items and follow through on deliverables.

• Skills & Experience
• 1–2 years of experience in account management, project coordination, or marketing support (agency experience is a plus).
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo strongly preferred; Omnisend, ActiveCampaign, or similar a bonus).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns at once.
• Excellent communication skills — proactive, clear, and professional.
• Comfort using project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Monday, or similar).
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and QA.
• Bonus: Exposure to copywriting or design review processes.
