- Scope: Full Time | Office: Mexico City | Hybrid Model
- Are you interested in a role where you support sales teams while driving operational excellence in software and cloud delivery?
- Do you enjoy working in fast-paced environments that require strong analytical skills, collaboration, and ownership?
- This role is part of Software & Cloud Marketplace Delivery and plays a critical role in the Off-Catalog delivery model, supporting end-to-end software sales and procurement while enabling sellers to operate efficiently and deliver an excellent customer experience.
How a day-to-day would look like in this role
- Support the Off-Catalog delivery model and the end-to-end Software Sales process within Software & Cloud Marketplace Delivery.
- Provide operational support to sellers to improve efficiency and ensure a strong customer experience.
- Manage customer communications and case handling, including quotes and distributor-related topics.
- Own end-to-end software procurement activities, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Collaborate closely with sales, Account Managers, and cross-functional teams, demonstrating adaptability and the ability to perform under pressure.
- What we need to see from you
- Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, International Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven previous experience in Sales Support, Customer Support, Customer / Client Management, with at least a basic background in the software or IT industry (required).
- Demonstrate a strong customer-focused mindset, maintain a clear sales-oriented approach.
- Advanced English is a must (minimum B2+).
- Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, ServiceNow).
Desired Qualifications
- Understanding of software licensing models, cloud services, and SaaS procurement.
- Exposure to North American clients and exchange programs.
- Experience in pricing negotiation, supplier management, and researching multiple data sources.
