We’re looking for a freelance IT Helpdesk / IT Support Specialist to support a small remote team. We use a mixed-OS environment (macOS, Windows, Linux) and several cloud tools (Google Workspace, Box, Jira). Your role will be to handle day-to-day support needs, troubleshoot issues, and ensure users can work smoothly. This is an as-needed hourly contract, not a fixed-hours position.
