Bachelor of Science - Information Technology or a related field 3+ years in customer support and integrations to production systems 2+ years of development/scripting experience in C#, .NET, PowerShell, Python, or Bash Strong understanding of APIs, SDKs, and other message formats Experience with API tools such as SoapUI, Blazemeter, or similar Must have strong deductive reasoning & diagnostic problem-solving skills Self-motivated, fast learner, willing to go outside of comfort zone and learn new things Excellent communication skills, both in the written and the verbal form Experience running queries on databases such as MSSQL(SQL Server), PostgreSQL, Oracle or CockroachDB. Knowledge of operating systems and cloud platforms (Linux, Windows, GCP) Experience with source code and release management (GitHub, TFS, etc.) Experience with continuous integration build engines (Jenkins, Team City, etc.) Experience with container technology such as Docker Experience with monitoring for performance and availability (AppDynamics, etc.) Experience with Kubernetes services such as Google Kubernetes Engine Global Payments Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
