Our Client Services team is looking for a Remote Intake Specialist to be the first voice and trusted guide for prospective and current clients. What You’ll Do. As an Intake Specialist, you will play a critical role in shaping the client experience from the very first interaction. Your day-to-day will include: - Receiving inbound calls, connecting with prospective clients, and explaining the value of our legal services. - Making outbound calls to prospects referred to our firm and following up before deadlines. - Accurately tracking and updating lead information in our CRM after every interaction. - Explaining our services and scheduling meetings with our legal staff. - Following up with past clients to discuss needed updates to their plans. What We’re Looking For. We want someone who brings both people skills and business discipline. Ideal candidates will have: - Sales experience or a proven ability to persuade, build trust, and close conversations with confidence. - Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (must be comfortable communicating professionally in both). - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and excellent time management. - Confidence making phone calls daily (not just emails or texts) and engaging in meaningful conversations. - A self-motivated, disciplined approach to remote work, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency with technology: Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and general CRM/data entry. - A quiet, professional home office setup with a reliable internet connection (no cafés or shared spaces). Bonus points if you have experience with Infusionsoft/Keap, Monday.com, Clio, or other law firm CRMs, but training is provided.
