My custom sportswear company (soccer, basketball, baseball, volleyball, and more) is looking for professional, English-fluent sales agents to handle inbound sales calls and quote requests. This is not a cold-calling position. All leads are inbound from teams and organizations already interested in our uniforms. Responsibilities: • Answer inbound sales calls confidently and professionally. • Ask the right discovery questions (sport, quantity, design, customization, timeline). • Match customers to the correct product/package. • Handle objections calmly and provide accurate information. • Create and send invoices/quotes to customers. • Follow up on open quotes via phone and email. • Redirect order status calls to the processing team (per script provided). • Log all calls and customer details in our system. Calls can come in during PST timezone from 8am-5pm. Emails come in throughout the day but only need to be checked on a couple of times a day. Compensation: • $250 USD monthly retainer (for availability, training, and responsiveness) • $5 USD per qualified call • 2% commission on new customer orders closed Requirements: • Excellent spoken and written English (neutral or professional accent preferred). • Experience in phone-based sales or customer service. • Ability to follow scripts, handle objections, and ask discovery questions. • Confidence and professionalism on the phone at all times. • Reliable internet connection and quiet environment for calls.
