- Role Overview
- We are seeking a detail-oriented Inbound Logistics Coordinator to support day-to-day inbound freight operations and supplier coordination. This role is critical to ensuring inventory moves smoothly from manufacturers and vendors into U.S.-based fulfillment and warehouse locations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing logistics workflows across multiple stakeholders and time zones.
- Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound shipments from international and domestic suppliers to U.S. warehouses and 3PLs
- Track purchase orders, shipment milestones, ETAs, and delivery confirmations
- Communicate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, warehouses, and internal teams to ensure timely receipt of goods
- Prepare, review, and manage shipping documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, BOLs, ASN data, etc.)
- Monitor delays, discrepancies, or damages and proactively flag risks with clear recommendations
- Maintain accurate logistics trackers and systems (spreadsheets, ERP, WMS, or TMS tools)
- Support customs clearance coordination and follow up on holds or exceptions
- Partner with Supply Chain, Inventory Planning, and Finance to ensure inbound accuracy and visibility
- Assist with process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives as volume scales
- Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in inbound logistics, supply chain coordination, or freight operations
- Hands-on experience working with freight forwarders, 3PLs, and overseas suppliers
- Strong understanding of international shipping processes and documentation
- High attention to detail with excellent follow-through
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Comfortable working early hours aligned to Pacific Time
- Proficient with Google Sheets / Excel and logistics tracking tools
- Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities independently

- Experience supporting DTC, CPG, beauty, or e-commerce brands
- Familiarity with U.S. customs processes and HTS classifications
- Experience working with ERPs (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, etc.) or WMS platforms
- Prior experience supporting a U.S.-based team in a remote environment
