  • Role Overview
  • We are seeking a detail-oriented Inbound Logistics Coordinator to support day-to-day inbound freight operations and supplier coordination. This role is critical to ensuring inventory moves smoothly from manufacturers and vendors into U.S.-based fulfillment and warehouse locations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing logistics workflows across multiple stakeholders and time zones.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate inbound shipments from international and domestic suppliers to U.S. warehouses and 3PLs
  • Track purchase orders, shipment milestones, ETAs, and delivery confirmations
  • Communicate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, warehouses, and internal teams to ensure timely receipt of goods
  • Prepare, review, and manage shipping documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, BOLs, ASN data, etc.)
  • Monitor delays, discrepancies, or damages and proactively flag risks with clear recommendations
  • Maintain accurate logistics trackers and systems (spreadsheets, ERP, WMS, or TMS tools)
  • Support customs clearance coordination and follow up on holds or exceptions
  • Partner with Supply Chain, Inventory Planning, and Finance to ensure inbound accuracy and visibility
  • Assist with process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives as volume scales
  • Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in inbound logistics, supply chain coordination, or freight operations
  • Hands-on experience working with freight forwarders, 3PLs, and overseas suppliers
  • Strong understanding of international shipping processes and documentation
  • High attention to detail with excellent follow-through
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Comfortable working early hours aligned to Pacific Time
  • Proficient with Google Sheets / Excel and logistics tracking tools
  • Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities independently
  • Nice-to-Have
  • Experience supporting DTC, CPG, beauty, or e-commerce brands
  • Familiarity with U.S. customs processes and HTS classifications
  • Experience working with ERPs (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, etc.) or WMS platforms
  • Prior experience supporting a U.S.-based team in a remote environment
