  • We are looking for an Implementation Specialist to lead and scale the onboarding and implementation process for Base customers in Mexico. This role is key to ensuring clients go live quickly, with a fully functional system, and start generating value from day one.
  • You will work closely with customers, internal teams, and partners to streamline implementation processes and continuously improve how we onboard and activate new accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end implementation and onboarding of new Base customers
  • Guide customers through system setup to ensure full functionality in the shortest possible time
  • Act as the main point of contact during the implementation phase
  • Develop, document, and optimize implementation processes to reduce time-to-go-live
  • Support customers integrating Base with e-commerce platforms and marketplaces in Mexico
  • Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies early and proactively resolve them
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth handoffs
  • Educate customers on best practices to maximize value from the platform
  • 2+ years of experience in Implementation, Onboarding, or Customer Success in a SaaS company
  • Strong experience working with e-commerce platforms and/or marketplaces (experience in Mexico is a plus)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously
  • Process-oriented mindset with a strong focus on efficiency and outcomes
  • Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
