- Job Description
- As a Bilingual Immigration Consultant at Vialto Partners, you will play a vital role in helping clients navigate the complexities of Mexican immigration laws, ensuring compliance, and facilitating seamless transitions. Your expertise will be critical in providing personalized advice and solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs.
Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to
Client Consultation
- Conduct detailed consultations with clients to understand their immigration needs and objectives. Provide clear, accurate, and timely information on eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, and application processes.
Application Preparation and Submission
- Prepare and review various immigration applications, including visas, residency permits, work permits, and citizenship applications. Ensure that all documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted within the required timelines to the appropriate immigration authorities.
Compliance and Due Diligence
- Stay up-to-date on changes in immigration policies, regulations, and procedures in Mexico. Conduct thorough research and analysis to ensure clients meet all legal requirements for their immigration applications.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients. Act as a primary point of contact throughout the immigration process, providing regular updates on the status of applications and offering ongoing support.
Documentation and Record Keeping
- Maintain well-organized client files, ensuring all documents are current, complete, and easily accessible for reference.
- Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in immigration services, with a focus on Mexican immigration laws and procedures.
- Must reside in Guadalajara, Mexico, as the role requires frequent visits to nearby immigration offices for application submissions.
- Advanced proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- High School diploma (required); further education or relevant certifications in immigration law or related fields are a plus.
