We are launching a new storytelling podcast focused on amplifying the voices of individuals driving meaningful change in their communities. This is our first season, and we’re looking for a professional to help us shape it into a powerful and engaging listening and viewing experience. Responsibilities: Edit two (2-hour) raw recording sessions into two polished 1-hour final episodes. Sync and balance audio tracks to ensure professional-quality sound. Edit video recordings for flow, clarity, and engagement, aligned with the story being told. Provide creative input and guidance on pacing, tone, and structure to strengthen the storytelling. Deliver both audio and video versions ready for publishing across podcast and social platforms. Qualifications: Proven experience editing podcasts Strong skills in audio mixing, noise reduction, and overall sound quality enhancement. Proficiency with video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or equivalent). Ability to condense long-form recordings into compelling, concise episodes. A collaborative mindset and willingness to offer advice and best practices to a first-time podcast team. This is a freelance project with potential for ongoing collaboration as the podcast grows.
