My Role: Workday administration. Daily payroll system management and cooperation with the payroll provider. Payroll data preparation. Personnel administration. Reporting – payroll and personnel data. Supervision of employee’s personal files . Supervision of employee’s liabilities and communication with debt collectors. Complex administration of group life insurance and health insurance. Acting according to data privacy regulations, GDRP, TISAX etc. Participation in HR Projects. Answering HR Admin & Payroll queries from employees. Conducting standard HR processes – onboarding, offboarding, payroll process, benefits enrollment and others. Your Background Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field +3 years of experience in business operations, administrative, or HR Admin role. HR Domain, Systems, or Process Knowledge Bilingual English/Spanish Exceptional customer service skills with a continuous improvement mentality Ability to leverage critical thinking to perform root cause analysis with a matrix of HR processes and technology Ability to support a virtual team, and exercise appropriate discretion in regards to confidential data Previous Workday experience a considerable advantage.
