• As the HR Manager for Mexico, you will act as a strategic business partner to the local management and be accountable for local HR operations, ensuring that all HR initiatives support local business goals and the broader A2MAC1 Group strategy.
• You will be responsible for driving the HR agenda and ensuring compliance with both local regulations and global standards.
• The ideal candidate has a generalist HR background HR with hands-on leadership.
• Scope: ~100 employees in the region, 1 direct reports
• Tasks & Responsabilities
• Partner with business leaders to support operational and strategic objectives through effective people management and HR practices
• Design and implement local policies in accordance Group policies

Ensure employee life cycle effectiveness, in line with Group policies

• Drive recruitment, being responsible for countries’ recruitment plan, working closely with the global talent acquisition function to meet targets
• Lead onboarding of new hires
• Implement global and local performance and talent development initiatives
• Ensure compensation fairness in line with Group’s compensation strategy
• Drive employee engagement initiatives
• Act as a change agent to support organizational transformation and growth in a dynamic business environment
• Monitor and report on HR metrics to inform decision-making and drive functional excellence
• Oversee compliance with local labor laws maintaining the highest standards of integrity and ethics
• Professional Background
• Bachelor degree or above
• Over 10 years of international generalist HR background
• Industrial sector knowledge is a plus
