The Role The HR Coordinator supports HR operations for functional areas across the organization, ensuring alignment with LATAM HR strategy and compliance with corporate policies. This role provides tactical HR support across the employee lifecycle—covering HR partnering, data analytics, compensation and benefits, workforce planning, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations—acting as a key liaison between HR and functional teams. What You’ll Do (Impact Areas) HR Governance & Compliance Partner with designated functional teams to support their HR needs. Maintain updated and accurate job descriptions for all functional roles. Support internal audits and ensure adherence to corporate HR policies and local labor laws. Assist in compliance processes related to labor regulations and corporate standards. Talent Management & Workforce Planning Support talent mobility initiatives and career development programs within assigned areas. Consolidate headcount information and assist in annual workforce planning cycles. Compensation & Benefits Support compensation analysis for functional areas. Collaborate on compensation projects and assist with benefits administration. Ensure compliance with corporate Total Rewards guidelines. Data Analytics & Reporting Consolidate HR data and maintain data accuracy across HR systems. Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on headcount, HR metrics, and engagement indicators. Monitor HR KPIs and provide insights that support decision-making. Employee Engagement & Culture Coordinate communication and engagement initiatives for functional teams. Support leadership effectiveness and employee experience programs. Act as a point of contact for employee feedback and action planning. Training & Development Support identification of training needs and coordinate learning programs. Ensure compliance with mandatory training and certification requirements. Operational & Office Support Coordinate internal events at the MBC location. Manage facilities-related requests and support general office management. Collaborate with functional leaders to address HR needs promptly. Participate in cross-functional HR projects as required. Smooth execution of HR programs, including workforce planning, training, and Total Rewards processes. Proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement across HR activities. What You Bring (Qualifications) Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Administration, Engineering, or related fields. Experience: Minimum of 3 years in similar HR roles, preferably in corporate or multinational environments. Technical Skills: Knowledge of HR processes, HRIS systems, compensation analysis, workforce planning, and reporting. Human Skills: Strong service orientation, organization skills, communication abilities, and stakeholder management. Languages: Proficiency in English and Spanish required. Work Model & Travel Based in Monterrey Hybrid or on-site model depending on business needs. Minimal travel may be required for internal meetings or HR events.
