We’re Airfix, a new air duct cleaning and HVAC service company based in Colorado, USA. We’re looking for a Google Ads specialist with a proven track record in generating real leads for local service businesses in the U.S. (ideally HVAC, cleaning, plumbing, restoration, etc.). We’re just starting to implement GoHighLevel as our CRM, and we’re looking for a long-term partner who can set up, manage, and optimize our first Google Ads campaign from scratch, including: What we need: Build full Google Ads strategy (Search-focused) Keyword research & negative keyword setup Geo-targeting (multiple cities in Colorado) Campaign structure and budget optimization Writing high-converting ad copy (English) Conversion tracking setup (forms, calls) Integrate with GoHighLevel (if possible) Performance reporting (weekly preferred) Requirements: Proven experience with U.S. local service companies Must show actual case studies or results Fluent in English (spoken and written) Comfortable working with small budgets to start ($500–$1,000/month) Bonus: Experience using GoHighLevel for lead capture and CRM Please don’t apply if: You don’t have experience with lead generation for service-based businesses You only work with e-commerce or mobile apps You don’t have real results to show To apply, please: Share 1–2 campaigns you’ve managed for local businesses in the U.S. (before/after results, screenshots, etc.) Briefly explain how you’d approach our first campaign Let us know your hourly rate or fixed monthly fee for ongoing management We’re looking for someone hands-on, reliable, and results-driven.
