You will advise managers on filling key positions, craft engaging job ads, and identify top talent through active sourcing. Additionally, you’ll conduct interviews, develop sourcing strategies, and work with us to continuously optimize the recruitment process. What a day in the life looks like: Strategic guidance and influence with managers: You will build strong, trusting relationships with our managers and provide expert advice on filling current vacancies and market conditions, influencing change when needed. Design and promote adverts: You will collaborate closely with the departments to create compelling and effective job ads that attract the right candidates. Candidate search and management of positions: You will assess and incoming application profiles, and, when needed, leverage active sourcing with your market expertise. Develop and deploy business acumen: Research and understand the overall industry and combine it with operational and strategic understanding of dedicated business groups (pillars) to strengthen partnership and outcomes, Conduct interviews: You will conduct telephone or video interviews to qualify candidates, coordinate the next steps in the recruitment process, and support the departments in making informed decisions. Develop sourcing strategies: You will work closely with the business to develop strategies that sustainably fill our talent pipelines and enhance our employer brand. Leverage a data-driven approach: You will lead improvement projects aimed at optimizing our recruitment process and contribute your expertise in strategic areas, providing data and analytics to guide your direction. What you bring to the team: 5+ years of professional experience in recruiting and in active sourcing/headhunting, ideally in the software environment Global fluency- experience in a global environment with awareness of market and cultural differences Strong communication skills, including influence and negotiation. Practical experience in conducting interviews Relevant expertise in recruiting methods, tools and channels Confident handling of applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred) as well as job portals and social media channels Empathy, service orientation and the ability to work independently #LI-DNI Why join us?
