• Provides leadership in technical discussions with customers, understands their evolving needs, identifies technology gaps, and executes opportunities to close them. Develops and deploys global test strategies, conducts thorough test coverage analysis, and identifies best practices to be implemented globally. A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or science is required; a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred. A minimum of eight (8) years of related experience is required. Extensive experience as a technical expert in PCBA in-circuit testing (ICT), specifically with Keysight 3070 and/or flying probe test systems. Demonstrated experience in a global or multi-site role with a proven ability to lead and influence global stakeholders. Experience with strategic planning, technology road mapping, and managing strategic vendor relationships. An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered. Strong knowledge of cross-discipline development and structured design principles. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively lead global forums and work with customers. Advanced decision-making and problem-solving skills to address complex technical and strategic challenges. Proven ability to develop strong working relationships with internal team members and external customers. Extensive experience with lab tools, test, and measurement equipment is required.
