Role Objective

  • Ensure the efficiency, productivity, and strategic positioning of the Association through executive leadership that drives member growth, strengthens institutional relationships, and develops key alliances. Represent the Association before institutions, authorities, partners, and media, ensuring alignment with the strategic objectives defined by the Board.

Academic Background

  • • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business, Communications, or related fields.

Experience

  • • Minimum 2 years in executive or leadership roles within associations, chambers, business organizations, or specialized service entities.

Key Responsibilities

  • • Define, plan, and execute the general strategy of the Association in alignment with the Board.
  • • Represent the Association as the main spokesperson with institutions, authorities, media, and strategic partners.
  • • Develop strategies for member attraction, retention, and satisfaction.
  • • Promote strategic alliances that generate value for members.
  • • Lead institutional projects and ensure fulfillment of annual objectives.
  • • Oversee operational, administrative, and commercial activities of the internal team.
  • • Manage assigned resources efficiently.
  • • Coordinate meetings, institutional visits, assemblies, and follow-up activities with members.
  • • Strengthen collaboration with chambers, associations, and industry organizations related to transportation, manufacturing, and supply chain.
  • • Implement positioning, growth, and commercial development strategies.
  • • Present executive reports, KPIs, and status updates to the Board.
  • • Stay informed on regulations, trends, and key topics within the sector.
